Wordless Wednesday: Christmas Card Blunders
Nope. Doesn't get better with age folks. Maybe a little worse. Just hire it out. Trust me on this one, k? And by the way, this is why you may not be getting a Christmas card from us this year.
I did capture a few great ones of Pokey. You can see those on my facebook link here.
If you wanna join my linky party add your link below. Then hop over to other great WWs...
All dressed up and stockings hung... they do know Santa is watching, right?
ReplyDeleteHa ha! Too funny. I thought it would get easier. lol.
ReplyDeleteLooks like they had a lot of fun, though. :)
ReplyDeleteoh my GOSH they look awesome! So much fun! And that second to the last one of them? Incredibly cute. I love real laughs in pictures!
ReplyDeleteEven your "blunder" are amazing pictures...I love them!!!
ReplyDeletePerfect family pictures. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you'll stop by again this week...I can't get my post to link up on your page this week. :(
hilarious!
ReplyDeleteThe second to last one should totally be your card! I love it. :)
ReplyDeleteSo did you actually get any photos to use? I like the one with your son thinking & your daughter holding the scarf!

They are adorable!!
ReplyDeleteclassic! i made mine into a slide show with music last year i had so many!
ReplyDeleteAlecia, I have to say, the piggyback is my fave shot - not a blooper at all! Always enjoy your unique ideas...
ReplyDeleteI love outtakes! They're so much fun!
ReplyDeletehahaha...we've got the same theme going this week. But it looks like you're right...it doesn't get better with age! Sure looks like they had lots of fun though!
ReplyDeleteI think the out-takes are sometimes MORE funny than the intended shot :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing Lish.
I think my favorite is the shot of your son looking all "suave" with your daughter pulling him back with the scarf :)
ReplyDeleteHappy WW! Would love to see you! http://bit.ly/fjTD8C
Love it! Those are the moments, aren't they?? For all the times my 4 rip each other apart, these moments make up for it! However, if my 7 yr old Diva were to see that dress, she'd be wrestling your daughter for it!! ;-))
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
OMG!! Please tell me you are using the one with your daughter holding the scarf around your sons neck!!! TOO funny!!
ReplyDeleteThose last two pictures are precious. I SO understand how hard it is to get good pictures of your kids!
ReplyDeleteThose are CLASSIC!! I think I like them better than hired-out-perfect, honestly. I have been a Christmas Card perfectionist for the past 14 years I have had kids. This year, with one job lost in the family, is the first year I'm not doing cards - hoping for New Year's cards with happier news!
ReplyDeleteI love the one with the scarf around his neck. I think that one should go in the keep pile :o)
ReplyDeleteOh those are so much better than the 'good' ones, I'm sure! Those last two are my favorites!
ReplyDeleteWe haven't even gotten as far as getting photos done yet this year - just started putting the tree up tonight, in fact. Hubby and I being sick all last week set us back... Sigh. I wonder if our photo shoot will be as much fun as yours looked to be! ;)
Love the pictures!!! Love your stockings! Great zebra-stripe dress! I think the last one would make a great x-mas card! Its fun! You take awesome pictures! Can you come take ours??
ReplyDeleteThe pictures are all great ;-)
ReplyDeleteThose HAVE to make the final cut as a collage! Love them!
ReplyDeleteThey are too funny! I love how animated they are. My older kids would just stand there like, "*sigh* hurry up Mom". I love that photo of Little Man piggy backing Pokey. Too cute!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW girl. Have a good one.
your kids are too funny & cute! I bet you all had a blast taking these out-takes ;) Faythe ~GMT
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they're having so much fun. :)
ReplyDeleteI think the "out-takes" are wonderful, and I often use them as my card or for our yearly decoation because they are so much more fun!
ReplyDeleteHappy WW :)
Cute! I love your out-takes and I love your daughter's dress and the combination of colors.

ReplyDeleteThose pictures are too cute! Though a couple would be super cute on a card as well....
ReplyDeleteClassic - love these!
ReplyDeleteHer dress is soooo cute!
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures, I would make cards with all of them on th front cover. Now people will see their personalities rather than just smilley kids.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they had fun at least. That last one is pretty cute too.
ReplyDeleteIt can not get better then this!
ReplyDeleteThat are too funny! I can't believe how grown up your kids look!
ReplyDeleteThose were the blunders? I thought they were all great!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you held the camera steady to snap these shots. I would have been laughing too hard!
ReplyDeleteThere are at least 4 of those photos I would LOVE to receive on a Christmas card.
ReplyDeleteI love those photos! They would make terrific cards!
ReplyDeleteSo funny! I think any one of them would make a great card :)
ReplyDeleteHappy WW!
ROFLMAO! I love the one where she has him leashed :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the 5th one!
ReplyDeleteHow fun and cute!!!!
LOVE IT!!!! Precious chidlren!
ReplyDeleteI did my post today on (past) cmas pics too!
Hope your day is blessed-Daphne
Blunders?! I'd LOVE to get a Christmas card with some of those pics!
ReplyDeleteThose pictures are too cute! You could do a collage with those and send it and I think people would love them =)
ReplyDeleteThose are great. My WW post is an outtake too.
ReplyDeleteThese are great! Hard to believe they're blunders. Happy Holidays to you and yours. xo
ReplyDeleteAhhh... the illusive Christmas photo. One year I took 100 pics of my two little ones by our tree and was going nuts. I finally bribed them with chocolate only to end up with a cute picture with the little man covered in chocolate and with his overall pant let all unsnapped. My husband said, "You aren't thinking of using that are you?!" With I crazed look of determination mixed with frustration, I said, "You bet I am!"
ReplyDeleteso much fun! That last pic really is perfect!
ReplyDeleteSometimes those silly pictures are even better than the "good" ones. They certainly tell a fun story!
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun series of photos! You can tell that they have a lot of fun together. Good luck with your Christmas cards!
ReplyDeleteThey might be blunders, but those last 2 are card worthy IMO, especially the second to last. ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday!
Beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like your kids had a lot of fun at this photo schoot. Aren´t those picture always the best ones. Your kids are very beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI tryed to link up, but it didn´t work. :(
Have a wonderfull day!
Hug´s,
Verena
These are all great photos - you have beautiful children!
ReplyDeleteNever ending fun :) Their excitement really shows. Do you suppose they ham it up for the camera, they are certainly inventive.
ReplyDeleteI actually LOVE those, especially the ones with the Santa hats! Very cute...
ReplyDeleteGreat site....love all your pictures!
ReplyDeleteChristmas is fabulous with Children!
Aloha, Lisa
Are you kidding? I love these! Especially the one where they're riding piggy back ;)
ReplyDeleteThe second to last one is a keeper! As a matter of fact, it's a star! Believe me - it doesn't get easier. After age 12, you are a lottery winner if you can get a smile (until 18). Unless, if you have boys, you can get the lemonade stand girl in the bikini to stand by you while you take family pictures!. . . oh, did I just flashback? It was so traumatic!
ReplyDeleteI love your pictures! Girls bring something different to the table - something graceful and beautiful:)
